Pricing FAQ
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you started a 7-day trial and don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, Apple bills the plan you chose and it renews automatically. Trials are only for eligible new subscribers, as decided by Apple.
If I cancel, do I lose my data?
No. Your medicines, full history, reports and emergency card stay available on the free plan. Reminders keep working. If you have more than 2 active medications you keep them all, but you won't be able to add more without Family.
Who should pay: me or my parent?
Whoever manages the circle, usually the primary caregiver. Senior Mode never shows purchase screens, so the person taking medication is never asked to buy anything.
Is there a paywall during setup?
No. You can set up your first medicines and reminders without seeing a paywall. Family is offered only when you reach a Family feature, like adding a third active medication or a second helper.
How do I restore or cancel?
Restore Purchases is on the upgrade screen and in Settings. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DoseBeacon.
