Care Circle FAQ
Are these permissions enforced, or just hidden buttons?
They're enforced by DoseBeacon's server on every change. A read-only device that tries to write is refused, and a helper can only add dose records, never edit medicines.
Who decides who can see my medicines?
The primary caregiver and any medication managers. When the person taking the medicine manages their own circle, they are the primary caregiver and approve everyone themselves.
Can a helper delete history?
No. Dose history is append-only. Corrections are added as new records that show who made them and when, and the original remains visible.
Can reports be exported by anyone?
Reports are made on a device from what that device can see. Only share a PDF with people you trust. The app asks you to check before sharing.
